Oceanskies Publish Guide to the Intended Pleasure Vessel Code (IPV Code)

Oceanskies have published a guide to the recently introduced Intended Pleasure Vessel Code (IPV Code).

The IPV Code allows pleasure craft to be in temporary commercial use at sea for a number of defined purposes.
