Oceanskies is pleased to announce that in conjunction with a leading French fiscal representative and customs agent we are able to provide EU based VAT registered yacht charter companies with VAT registration and ongoing administration in France.
This follows last week's formal announcement by the French authorities that VAT will apply to the charter of yachts in France with effect form the 15th July, 2013 Â (click for our earlier update).
The representative is also able to act on behalf of Isle of Man VAT registered yacht charter companies.
The representative is in due course hoping to provide a solution for non-EU companies wishing to charter in France.
