Oceanskies is pleased to offer an all-inclusive fixed price British flag Guernsey yacht registration package valid for five years for only GBP £995.00.

The promotion applies to all private yachts under 150 GT and commercial yachts under 24 metres in length.

The fully inclusive fee provides a registration valid for five years with no ongoing registration or representative person charges.

Included within this package is the following:

• Full management of vessel’s purchase and registration
• Liaison with yard (and dealer) to obtain legal title
• Registration of vessel as a private pleasure vessel at Guernsey
• Drafting and obtaining necessary documentation from owner
• Assistance with Carving & Marking formalities
• All initial Guernsey vessel registry fees
• OFCOM account application and lifetime radio licence application & EPIRB registration
• Courier of final registration pack to client

The owner will receive:

• Certificate of British Registry (valid for 10 years)
• Authority letter for client and/or captain to use vessel (if applicable)
• Lifetime vessel radio licence
• Red ensign (3’X2’)
• Free access to our online vessel documentation storage and retrieval system

Notes:

• The tonnage survey required for the registration is not included within this proposal. We obtain quotations and pass on surveyor tonnage survey fees at cost.
• Fees do not include any charges for translations, notarisations and/or apostillisations. When applicable all such charges are itemised and passed on at cost without mark-up.

• To qualify for registration at Guernsey, the majority of shares in a vessel (33 of the 64) must be owned either by a British subject or a company registered in and having its principal place of business in a British Crown Dependency or Overseas Territory.
