Yacht & Aircraft Registration & Ownership - Annual Review

It is that time of year when many owners who hold their yachts and aircraft through companies are receiving renewal invoices for the administration of their ownership structures for 2014.

Whilst many yacht and aircraft owning clients will use a renewal invoice for their insurance as an opportunity to review their cover and obtain quotations from other insurers surprisingly few owners will do the same in the case of their ownership and registration arrangements.

We are aware that the charging structure of corporate service providers varies immensely with some either charging a percentage of asset value or on a time cost basis and as a result we have seen incredible variations in pricing even for simple asset holding companies.

One of the core philosophies of Oceanskies has been to deliver a personalised, cost effective and comprehensive service to all of our clientele.

We do not charge on a time cost basis and we do not link our fees to vessel value on a percentage basis. We work instead on a fixed fee basis and we have introduced a pricing section to this website which provides costing indications for the most common yacht/aircraft registration and company yacht/aircraft ownership packages.
