CrewMate planned downtime – Saturday 14th September 2024

There is planned downtime for the CrewMate portal and app Saturday 14^th September. During this you won’t have any access to the system, please make sure everything you need to do in CrewMate has been completed by Friday 13^th September 23:59 BST. Anything not completed before this will need to wait until everything is back up and running Monday 16^th September.

The downtime is due to maintenance work required, to enhance the security within the system and allow for greater future potential of the systems abilities. Please rest assured that everything will be running as normal in the lead up to and following this event. If there are any functional changes made to the system in the future this will be formally communicated to you with details of how you need to alter your system usage.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause however, we hope that the timing chosen will cause as little impact to our users as possible.
