Nicole (called Nix by all) joined the Oceanskies team having just completed her CIPD Level 3 certificate in People Practise, keen to utilise her plethora of knowledge on all employee life cycle matters within our growing lifestyle business. She enjoys supporting our employees to thrive within our high-pressure crew employment and yacht registration industry. Nix has a keen interest Learning and Development and Diversity and Inclusion.

Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, within our crystal-clear seas on one of Guernsey’s many beautiful beaches, sunrise cycles and cliff walks. Nix a member of the Guernsey Athletics Club and competes regularly across a range of middle and long distances on and off the Island. Outside of sport Nicole loves looking after rescue cats Coco and Slinky, drinking coffee with friends and baking!
