With over 15 years of HR experience across both onshore and offshore sectors, I have extensive knowledge of multi-jurisdiction employment practices, employee relations, and HR best practice. I pride myself in being able to manage sensitive and complex workplace matters with professionalism and discretion and I am professionally qualified through the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
