Duncan Swanson

Oceanskies was co-founded by Duncan Swanson in 2013.

A born and bred Guernseyman, Duncan has from an early age been a passionate enthusiast of all things nautical and aeronautical.

In 2013 Duncan co-founded Oceanskies as Europe’s first dedicated yacht and aircraft documentation agency taking inspiration from the US model of yacht and aircraft documentation agencies.

From humble beginnings Oceanskies has rapidly grown to become one of the world’s largest yacht and aircraft documentation agencies.

The services of Oceanskies have grown to include offices in Malta, representation in Jersey and the UK, a dedicated private and corporate aviation division, Oceanskies Aero Limited, as well as a flourishing crew employment and payroll outsourcing company, Oceanskies Crew Limited.

In addition to being responsible for the company’s yacht registration activities, Duncan heads up the company’s yacht registration team.

Duncan is a familiar face within both the yacht and business aviation industries and regularly attends key yacht and jet shows and conventions worldwide.

In co-founding Oceanskies Duncan’s ambition is to continue to use and develop his unique knowledge and expertise to assist yacht and aircraft owners internationally.
