Oceanskies Crew Limited (‘Oceanskies Crew’) is a Guernsey, Channel Islands based provider of yacht crew employment and payroll outsourcing and administration services.

It is the aim of Oceanskies Crew to support yacht owners and managers through a practical and cost effective framework using a bespoke IT platform and delivered to crew via our CrewMate App.

The key of advantage of utilising the services of Oceanskies Crew is that the administrative burden of the employment and payment of crew is outsourced to a professional agency. In addition, 

• Oceanskies Crew has been issued with a Statement of Compliance issued by Lloyd’s Register to OCL confirming that the company is fully compliant with standard A1.4 and guidelines B1.4 of the Maritime Labour Convention 2006 (MLC).
• Oceanskies Crew is based in a tax neutral jurisdiction with the ability to register crew for social security in the UK, Holland and Malta; and
• Oceanskies Crew charges on a simple fixed fee basis rather than as a percentage of the crew member’s salary.
