With over a decade at sea as a Chief Stewardess, Vanessa knows all about precision, service, and keeping things shipshape. Before life on yachts, she worked onshore for a worldwide bank as a Premier Relationship Manager for 5 years, honing her skills in client care and relationship building.

Following the birth of her son, Vanessa returned to Guernsey and has been working in crew employment and payroll for almost 4 years. Along the way, she’s built an extensive knowledge of the U.S. market, in particular US tax and immigration. Now she’s excited to be stepping into a business development role, bringing together her experience in service, finance, and people management to help the business grow.

Travel was always a driving force in Vanessa’s life with over 80 countries ticked off the list. She’s always enjoyed an adventure along the way whether that’s diving beneath the surface, sailing on top of it or hiking far above it.

These days, Vanessa has swapped stewarding superyachts for steering the daily adventures of her young son, who ensures she is always on her toes (and often running). Balancing professionalism with a sense of fun, she brings the same dedication, adaptability, and attention to detail from her seafaring years into every chapter of her career.
