Taylor has over seven years experience in the marine industry, primarily focused on crew employment.

Taylor is currently studying for a Diploma in Maritime Law and has completed the Payroll Technician Certificate. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP), further reinforcing his commitment to professional development within the maritime and payroll sectors.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys staying active. He plays rugby for St Jacques Vikings and is part of the club’s senior leadership team, contributing to the growth and development of the squad both on and off the pitch. He has completed two marathons and a triathlon, and is often found running along Guernsey’s coastal routes.

Over the last couple of years, he has developed an interest in photography—particularly animal photography—and had the opportunity to capture some amazing wildlife shots during a safari in Kruger National Park. Taylor is also a keen skier, with favourite destinations including Val d’Isère and Bansko.

When not training or travelling, he enjoys spending time with his partner Lily and their Cocker Spaniel, Douglas.
