Saraya joined the Oceanskies Crew Employment team in November 2022 with three years of prior experience in the marine industry. She prides herself on putting her clients’ needs first, whether that means adjusting her working hours to suit their schedules or travelling to meet them in person to ensure a seamless and personal service.

Known for her friendly and approachable nature, Saraya brings both professionalism and a genuine passion for helping others to her role. Outside of work, she enjoys making the most of island life and can often be found exploring Guernsey’s beautiful beaches or going for a sea swim. She also enjoys reading, catching up with friends and winding down with a favourite refreshing spritz in hand.
