Mimi joined the Oceanskies Registration team in February 2020, starting as a junior member and ultimately becoming a supervisor who now helps guide and support newer team members alongside her registration duties. Mimi takes great pride in overseeing a talented and dedicated team, striving to foster their development and maintain a supportive, collaborative environment.

Mimi also has a keen interest in entrepreneurship and is actively working on a couple of start-up ideas in her spare time. She enjoys the process of bringing new concepts to life and is always seeking inspiration and learning opportunities to help shape her ventures. This entrepreneurial drive complements her work at Oceanskies, fuelling her creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Outside of work, Mimi is deeply passionate about music. She enjoys immersing herself in live performances and is always eager to practice new musical techniques, whether playing instruments, singing, song writing or participating in creative workshops. Her love for music also occasionally sees her performing on stage, both solo and with a band.

Beyond work and music, Mimi enjoys taking full advantage of everything island life on Guernsey has to offer. She cherishes evening and weekend walks along the island’s picturesque beaches and rugged cliff paths, accompanied by her partner and big dog, Django. These moments spent in nature, along with time shared with friends and family, allow her to unwind and stay connected to her community.
