Emma joined Oceanskies in 2020 after returning to her island home following three years living in Australia and exploring South East Asia and New Zealand. She holds a degree in Events Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University, graduating in 2015, and brings a strong foundation in organisation, client service, and logistics to her role.
As Assistant Crew Manager, Emma leads on all things social insurance, helping crew stay compliant and developing new processes and procedures to navigate the often complex requirements.
Having grown up around boats and travelled to international powerboat events with her father, a Senior Official for the UIM Class 1 World Offshore Powerboat Championships, Emma has always had a connection to the marine world.
Outside of the office, Emma loves to stay active, whether it’s running, hiking, or skiing. She’s happiest when on holiday, at a festival, or at home with her beloved cats.
