Ché joined the Crew Employment team in August 2023 and plays a key role in supporting clients with a high standard of service and attention to detail.

Originally from South Africa, Ché moved to Guernsey in 2023 and has quickly embraced island life. Whether she’s paddleboarding, kayaking, or simply enjoying Guernsey’s beautiful beaches, she loves spending time outdoors. She’s also a keen traveller and particularly enjoys skiing whenever she gets the chance.

In September 2024, Ché became a mum to a little girl which has quickly become one of her greatest joys. Family time is very important to Ché and she balances her professional life with quality time at home.
