Adrian is a director and principal of Oceanskies.

Adrian’s 20+ years marine operational and technical knowledge base is supplemented by a thorough understanding of yacht compliance, flag and classification matters allowing him to give high level guidance for yacht support and technical compliance. He is also the holder of  a Lloyd’s Maritime Diploma in Port Management.

At Oceanskies Adrian takes responsibility for the crew employment and payroll services. Under Adrian’s supervision Oceanskies has grown to become one of the world’s largest providers of yacht crew employment and payroll outsourcing.

Drawing on legal requirements, regulatory guidance and best practices from safety management experience Adrian also creates and implements bespoke safety management programmes that will stimulate innovative thought and new approaches to safety management on board any yacht.
