What’s changed?
Delreg has merged into BizFilings, a Wolters Kluwer company. As a result:
- The registered business address for these companies has changed:
- Old Address: 3511 Silverside Road, Suite 105, Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware, 19810, USA
- New Address: 108 W 13th Street, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA
Key steps for owners
- Verify Your Company Records
Confirm that your company’s registered address, director/shareholder information, and correspondence details have been correctly updated in BizFilings’ system.
- Update Your Yacht Registration
You must formally notify your yacht’s flag state that the owning company’s address has changed. Most registries require a documented process and evidence of the new registered address.
As the owner, you are legally responsible for ensuring that your owning company’s registered details - particularly the registered address - are kept accurate and up to date with your flag state administration. Failure to do so may result in penalties.
