We're growing again! Oceanskies are looking to employ a full-time Junior Crew Payroll Admin Assistant to join the team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative tasks assisting the crew payroll team to provide a quality service to international clients.

The ideal candidate is:

  • Educated to A Level or equivalent
  • C and above grades at GCSE Level for English and Maths
  • Organised and accurate with great attention to detail, specifically numerically
  • Able to work effectively in a team

Daily tasks will include:

  • Data entry and electronic filing
  • Assisting with social security returns in Malta and the United Kingdom
  • Monitoring seafarer qualifications
  • Assisting seafarers with Visa and discharge book applications

No experience is necessary - this is an ideal role for a anyone looking to start a career within the yachting industry.

This position is based in Guernsey and a valid Guernsey Right to Work document is essential.
