Oceanskies is attending the Antigua Charter Yacht Show between the 4th and 10th December at which over 160 yachts will open their doors to attendees.

The Antigua Charter Yacht Show is this year celebrating its 54th edition and takes place at the Nelson's Dockyard Marina in English Harbour, the Falmouth Harbour Marina and the Antigua Yacht Club Marina, both situated in Falmouth Harbour.

Yacht Registration & Documentation

We are on track this winter to register our 200th yacht since our launch in January 2013, a total that includes vessels of all sizes ranging from tenders to superyachts in all of the most popular yacht registration jurisdcitions, including the British Register of Ships in the UK, Cayman Islands, Isle of Man, BVI, Jersey and Guernsey as well as Malta and the Marshall Islands. We have also assisted with the documentation of numerous other yachts including sales and ownership transfers, changes of name, changes of registration, tonnage surveys and commercial coding.

VAT - Leasing

The leasing of yachts in accordance with the  guidelines laid down by the Malta Department of VAT remains advantageous and in conjunction with its Maltese corporate service provider Oceanskies has become one of the most experienced facilitators of the system.

VAT - Temporary Admission

For non-EU resident yacht owners cruising in EU waters under Temporary Admission relief from VAT and we can offer either an offshore registration only service or, in conjunction with its offshore corporate service provider partners, we can offer a cost effective fixed fee packages to include a BVI company as well as the flag.

Yacht Charter

The operational, legal and fiscal complexity of yacht charter operation continues to increase and Oceanskies are pleased to advise on these aspects of yacht operation from a practical rather than theoretical experience.

Crew - Employment & Payroll Outsourcing

Oceanskies Crew, our in-house MLC compliant crew employment and payroll outsourcing division is going from strength to strength and at at the height of the season we employed crew on over sixty yachts of all sizes.

Safety Support & Compliance
